Widows Quest

An Inspirational Story

I received this e-mail from Fran who wanted to share her story.

“I lost my husband 3 years ago when we were both involved in a car crash. I was in a coma for a while and therefore was not aware of my loss. When my health improved, I wished that I had been taken as well – I did not want to live without him. Why had he been taken and not me? One night I had a dream in which I saw him. He held my hand and said “I asked for you to be saved. You have so much love to give this world that I thought it would be unfair to take you before you had spread your smile even further. I am watching over you, I am waiting for you but your time to come to me is not now…live Fran, and enjoy the world”

This had a huge impact and I changed my whole approach to life – I am now serving as a volunteer in Africa and loving each moment. I feel that I am living out why I was brought into this world….I pray each night and I tell him what I have done. He never answers but I know he is happy now. Life can feel over, but it isn’t. You will find a new path if you look for it, a path that will start you on a new journey.”

Wow, thank you Fran for sharing a very personal story.
