clean the house, work, cooking, even getting ready for bed. The music fills that space that there used to be a voice and helps me focus on the music not my feelings. It may help you too…

















I agree, I started to listen to music at night a while back. Mostly to help my mind from going a hundred miles a minute and let me sleep. Music has always been important to me, it can be so uplifting.
Tiffany – I agree it seems to make my mind off the thoughts. The only issue is not playing a song that reminds me too much of the pain which can be quite difficult!
