I am watching Wimbledon at the moment and wimbledon as seen some fine champions including Artur Ashe. The Denver Post has an article of how his wife has found a way of keeping her beloved Arthur Ashe’s spirit alive
Here is a snippet of the article
“Run Athletics met with Ashe’s widow, Jeanne Moutoussamy-Ashe, in 2004 in hopes of honoring him with a shoe and donating some of the proceeds to one of his many charities. Moutoussamy-Ashe agreed and picked the Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health as the charity.
“Jeanne Ashe is taking on the legacy of Arthur Ashe,” Russell Simmons said. “She stood by him. She’s the legacy, she’s the driving force. She inspires even after 
death.”
Finding ways of honouring our loved ones memory is so important and I love it when celebrities find a way of bringing something good to the world from such a devastating loss.
