What a difference 24 hours make and thank you for the comments they really helped. Well I am still busy, I am still wondering how I will get all these tasks done…but…BUT….I am. Why?
- Writing my concerns down in the blog post helped me face the problems.

- Sharing the problem somehow released the fear of the problem.
- Realizing that there was only me…..there was only me that could believe that I could cope. I stopped looking for someone else, and started to look inside my heart for the courage to face the struggle.
- I set an action list breaking down the “out-of-controlness” into small achievable tasks. Then prioritized them, then started down the list…ticking them off as I went….gosh that felt great.
From believer to achiever in 4 easy steps!
Now we must find the trick of keeping this sane approach to life in our brains….because in a week I will be frantic again!
Why as humans can we not learn how to keep believing in ourselves no matter the situation?

















Life can wear you down and take away your self confidence. Hopefully, you have friends and/or family that can give you a needed boost.
Meredith – I have to say I rely on myself a lot nowadays. I also rely on this community which is always there supporting and helping each other. Sometimes friends have so many issues of their own that grief seems a little old hat…after saying that I have a wonderful circle of friends
