Do you have a picture of your future life

Pictures in our mind our so important and I have written often on the subject. There is a wonderful quote from Arthur C Clarke that says
“The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.”
As widows or widowers, we can forget about what is possible and concentrate on what seems impossible. But over the years I have realised that the only things that are truly impossible are the ones that our minds block, that our mind talks negatively to us about. 
Key is seeing a picture in your mind of you being happy…what are you doing? Once you have that picture you can work on the actions to make that happen. I have printed out the quote from Arthur C Clarke and put it on my fridge…to constantly remind me that the impossible is possible!
