My mother said something similar (not quite as eloquently):&quot;It&#039;s been a great ride.&quot;  And my dear Michael had no regrets. He really did embrace life even when his body was failing him. He used to quote some philospher (I&#039;ll have to find out who said this): &quot;Life is a present that so many people do not unwrap.&quot;  He believed in ripping the paper off the gift and reveling in it.  :)</description>
