Feeling under the weather

I have had a rough 48 hours, with a VERY upset stomach. I have no energy and actually writing this from my bed. One thing that is obvious while I lay here, when you are not 100% you are much less likely to cope with general everyday life. Everything is an issue…even getting a drink. The lesson for me is that when you are feeling depressedbored.JPG

  • You need to eat – otherwise the energy just drains away
  • You need to keep yourself feeling fresh – it is so easy to not to bother to shower as you are feeling down and you are not going to see anyone anyway…..but it freshens you up, it makes you feel a bit brighter.
  • Listen to your body. My body needed time to recover, the more I tried to keep going the more I felt ill. Listen to your body, if it needs rest allow it to rest.

  1. Thank you for the nice mention. The TGB ElderMovie List is only a couple of months old and has already grown much larger that I would have guessed.

Almost all the films on the list have been sent in/suggested by Time Goes By readers. It’s a collaborative effort that gets richer by the day. I made it a winter project to work my way through every movie on the list, but it grows so quickly, I think it will take several winters…
