Goals for the 2007

As you know I feel goals are important and I wanted to publicly write down how I will overcome my grief this year. Somehow putting the ideas on paper - or the web - help form that level of commitment that you need to keep the motivation going. So here they are

  1. Publish the Widows Quest podcast by 12 January and keep to a weekly schedule.
  2. Lose 2 stone in weight.
  3. Join a community group to support others with bereavement.
  4. Achieve a life/work balance by downsizing both my career and my lifestyle.brain.jpg
  5. Move house - back nearer to my family and friends.

I will each week give you an update on how I am doing - what are yours? How are you going to take action to turn your life around? How are you going to value your life and create value for others?
