Grief is Universal

When you face a crisis in your life, often you think that you are alone. The comments to 5 Reasons I want to Live show that
grief is something we all face, grief is universal. Often we can feel alone or feel like the only person in the world that is hurting. Yet the comments show that we are in this world together, a world that is full of change, full of crisis, full of pain – however, what we must not forget is that it is the same world that gave us happiness, gave us life, gave us hope and gave us love.
It is so true that the only definite truth when we are born, is that we will all die – when we fall in love eventually one of us will face life without the other….do I like the pain, no…but would I have missed out on the happiness, no. As people we feel, we feel emotions that is what makes us such a wonderful part of the natural world.
