Just when I think I am coping with the pain
I see your photo as I get into our empty bed
Just when I think I am coping with the pain
I shout out your name not remembering your dead
Just when I think I cannot cope
You leave a comment that gives me hope
Just when I think I will not heal
I realise rolling emotions are just part of the deal
Anna, I so agree with that. Since my love died I feel that my emotions are always swirling in the air and each day I reach up to catch another one, not knowing if I’ll be sad or glad; looking backwards or looking forward. I often long for simple peace and quiet but when I have it the solitude overwhelms me! What is one to do? Good Grief!
Cindy – do you know I think we have to learn just not to control! We are so used to controlling our emotions and at this point we cannot…..we need to be comfortable with more illogical emotions….
