I saw this inspirational quote on a card today and thought it was so apt for widows and widowers
“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly”
Maybe that will inspire you today to know that as hard as grief is, one day we will learn to love, learn to be happy again….
Thank You. I needed that. Not an actual death but a metaphorical one here and finding it hard to believe that it will be okay, eventually..
It will be okay .Just remember it is okay to be weak . It is okay to grieve. That is how your heart heals.
I’ve been reading a lot of real stories in this website and it inspires me more to move on with my life…I’ve been through a lot of pain and I remember one saying … “Evrything will be alright in the end…So, if it’s not alright then it’s not yet the end”.
bebeh I am glad that you are finding comfort at Widows Quest. I can never say the pain will go away but I can say we can learn to cope….by helping each other
