		<description>Lessons on grief from a rainbow is a lovely observation.  I believe it is a very true one.  I believe that like a child experiences growing, to gain height and maturity, our souls experience growing pains too when we experience death, loss, etc.  While it is difficult to endure, our souls do grow and we become more aware, more evolved and more compassionate.</description>

Denial of grief is one of the leading causes of strife today, I feel. Cheer up is not always helpful advice. Sometimes the best thing to do is roll around in it all you can.
