I read this article about planning your own funeral and thought not the kind of thing I imagine for a holiday. Then I started thinking at the stress of the arrangement, thinking about what he would want and realised that there was a serious side to this article. The article made me think of my afterlife and I like the idea of
“Cut glass. If you’d like to keep your eternal remains close to home, you can have your ashes compressed into an artificial diamond by a company called LifeGem. That’s right: you can wear Grandma around your neck. Prices start at $3,300 and
go up to $25,000.”
I like the fact that I would be a diamond – it would mean I would finally go to social events and feel comfortable, even on someone else’s finger!
