Resolution No 2 is underway!

I said that as part of putting my life back on track I wanted to lose weight – and start to value myself more. When we lose someone it is so easy to let ourselves go, as “What does it matter, right?” Well, this year I want to take action and I have started on my diet. What is great is that I have joined a friend who also wants to lose weight and we are doing it together. She is a ball of energy and lifts my spirits, the only issue we had is that she lives about 3.5 hours away so how were we 
going to keep motivated?
Well, we came up with an idea, and I would love you to join in the fun…we are going to blog and podcast about it! This is way out of my comfort zone I have to tell you…but it is a way of taking control of my life again. By making it public, I have to commit 100%, and what a great way to connect with people to help my loneliness. So if you want to follow my journey or join in then visit the blog and hopefully the podcast will go along with it this week.
I feel proud of the fact that I have taken action, taking control….how are you doing on your new year resolutions?
