Seeing Problems as Part of Life

Today I have had “one of those days” – my heating packed up again, some audio wouldn’t work for my podcast, one cat was vomiting, one cat has a cold, the feed of my work blog stopped working and my friend’s son went into hospital…..all within 2 hours.
I found myself saying to myself “I wish today was over”
Then I stopped and thought about what I had said…would all those loved ones who have died swapped their death for a heating problem… I think we know the answer!
I sat back, had a coffee and talked aloud about all the things that were great in my life, how I am glad that I am experiencing today…because that means I am alive. ![]()
When you are depressed or grieving things can get on top of you, it is important to step back and look at the big picture of life…problems will happen, that’s life and life is a wonderful gift.
