Support Group for Widows and Widowers

Don’t forget that tomorrow night – 10th July we will be having our next Widows Quest support group meeting. You can find the details at the Widows Quest Wiki but the most important things to remember are
- It is free!
- All you need to do is to follow a web address link and there you will be able to join in the conversation. No phone call cost, no travel.
- You can talk if you want to or just listen to others and how they are feeling or coping.
- The more the merrier…I know from being at the other sessions the feeling of talking to people who truly understand is fantastic.
- That if you would like to join in but the time just doesn’t work for you, then let us know and we can try a different time next time.
Widows Quest is a community of friends who don’t judge but listen and try and help you through your bereavement process. Hey, I have good days and bad days but I know that each day brings a new degree of strength that will eventually build into a new happy life.
So if you want to join in…then just follow the instructions at the Widows Quest Wiki….we won’t see you there, but hopefully we will hear you there!
