Since losing people close to me, I have become desperate to understand more about the brain, about death and about dying. Not in a morbid way at all, just in a curious way. Over the months I have learned how important it is to talk to yourself…not in a mad way! But in a way that helps you cope with the feelings of grief and depression. When I am down I say
You ARE strong..look how you have coped since his death….
Just take each minute, each hour, each day at a time…
