Get a notebook and journal your journey through grief so you can track your progress.

Yesterday I wrote about What is the Meaning of Life? Today I am thinking that hope is such an important of finding that happiness in life
H= Having life goals that you strive for
O= Owning the thought that you are in control of your life and that you can define your own happiness
P= Putting an emphasis on the future. The past is memory and makes you who you are, the future is yours to create.

As you know I feel goals are important and I wanted to publicly write down how I will overcome my grief this year. Somehow putting the ideas on paper – or the web – help form that level of commitment that you need to keep the motivation going. So here they are

Publish the Widows Quest podcast by 12 January and keep to a weekly schedule.
Lose 2 stone in weight.
Join a community group to support others with bereavement.
Achieve a life/work balance by downsizing both my career and my lifestyle.
Move house – back nearer to my family and friends.
