Performing “good” deeds to please others or to show off and garner praise stems from an inner place of doubting our own value. Performing uplifting, life affirming action should come from a place of truly wanting to make a difference and help others, while simultaneously respecting yourself.”

Especially, when you are told to control your wrath and keep your cool in the most trying circumstances. More often than not, in the heat of an infuriating situation it is very difficult to even think of following any anger management steps. More so, when you feel that your anger is completely justified. The age-old advice “Count to 10 to control your temper” simply doesn’t work when you are held in the throes of anger.”

Year after year we all make New Year’s resolutions with the best of intentions…despite knowing that in a few weeks they’ll be all but forgotten! Why is this? Why do people vow to drop those extra pounds, even go so far as joining a gym, and then never do anything about it?”

However, this belief causes you to create in reverse.” That statement really had me. It made me think, ”You can’t create without taking action. All energy is neutral until WE personalize it.

It is this personalization process that gives it a negative or positive image. To experience life to the fullest we have to accept both images. It’s the Positive and Negative Energy that breathe life into, or take it away from, the physical universe. To realize the above is to acquire the “POSITIVE FRAME OF MIND”!”

For instance, some of us have come to think of ourselves as meek, and thus we avoid conflict and let others take advantage of us.

Wow, yesterday I asked for your support with a blog carnival this Sunday to act as a way of turning my grief into a positive memory. You have all been fantastic, and I look forward to receiving all the links.
I chose the title of Turning your life around as he was one of the most positive people I have ever known, he always saw the positive in everything. When I honour his memory, I wanted to do something that would meant the world to him. Helping others would be the first on his list.

It also showed me by the powerful e-mails, that you have sent that many of us have lost people we love, and there is a world of people mourning in their own way. Thank you for helping to make Sunday special
