Grief and the Word Over

Over eating
Over tired
My life feels over
And then of course that thought if only we could have that last day ….over again! Post OVER but what I am beginning to realise is that my life is just starting AGAIN….
Overcoming Loneliness

The long nights, the empty weekends, the inability to sleep……recognise any of those? Thought so, losing the love of your life leaves a void and loneliness can be overwhelming. What I find the more time that I spend by myself, the more I prefer to be alone. The more I don’t socialise the more I don’t want to.
