I am a big internet user as many of you realise. The internet has been my support group, it has lifted my spirits, it has provided solace when the real world seemed to hurt too much to face!

As a widow or widower one of the hardest aspects I find is dealing with loneliness. Loneliness eats at your soul, it reaffirms what you have lost.
