Embrace Our Differences in Grief

Whenever I think about grief I always come to one conclusion – that grief, bereavement, widowhood is always different for each person. I used to think that I was strange with some of the reactions that I was having, now I feel that those differences should be embraced.
As humans we are born different, we think and feel differently. I look at my mum who enjoys problems, I look at myself -born from the same genes – and I love nothing more than solutions!

Oh, I so wish that there was an easy answer and there isn’t…..but there is one thing that can make a big difference…..SMILE.

Worry affects your sleep, if affects your mood, it affects your help. I have even been known to worry about worrying!
Here are my 6 tips on how to stop those sleepless nights

Take Charge. Accept what you can’t change and do what you can. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just take some   action…you can always amend of neccessary.
