The most asked question that I get asked is about those nights when you just cannot sleep and I wish I had a solution, but I don’t! Here are 10 things that I would suggest, that have worked for me when I have struggled to sleep – most tire you out so you are ready for some shut eye, but if you have any to share please leave a comment

Clean out your wardrobe and put some order to it
Make yourself a hot chocolate.
Write a letter to yourself about your thoughts

Coping with loneliness

Yesterday, my mum returned home. In some ways it is nice to have the house to myself again..but in another way the house seems so empty. I also miss looking after someone, and the loneliness makes you think of the times when you were so happy. The grief starts to try and take hold. So how have I tried to keep it at bay today?
