I try each day to smile, I know that the world lives on and that they have troubles of their own. So I try and listen to people, I try and be there for them, often to the detriment of myself…it made me write this

When we are depressed, when we are lonely this affects our emotions. If you catch a glimpse of yourself in a mirror you can see you round shoulders, you may be slumping or looking down. Our body language will represent our feelings.

I love the idea of releasing depression, overcoming grief by reaching out to others. Here are 10 tips that I read on Eileen Browns blog
1. Offer a few hours of free babysitting services to a stressed-out single parent in your neighborhood.
2. When you buy food from a vending machine, slip in an extra dollar. The next person to use the machine will be grateful for the free snack.
3. Mow the lawn or cook a meal for an elderly neighbor.
