I was touched by a story in the newspaper about a mother who lost her babies when her suicidal dad killed them. She had a piece of advice for use all. Kerrie Hughes said
”I would like to tell every mother that no matter how busy your days are, tell your babies how much you love them with a hug and a kiss every day”

I spoke to mum today about what she would say were the 3 key things that helped her get over dad dying. Here are her 3 key steps
Accepting his death. Accepting that it was better that he has gone than him suffering as much as he was…no matter how strong the pain, the pain would have been worse watching him suffer.

I need Your Help for a Reader

We have all been there the feeling of total devastation – well I have just got an e-mail from a reader who says
“ I NEED HELP AND I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO. My husband passed away 5 years ago and I never dealt with it because I felt that I had to be strong for my children.
