Yes that feeling has happened to me. I just took a bath as I find the warmth of the water so comforting. It seems as though when I am in a bath there is a sense of warmth that helps me feel loved..strange I know.
I started to think about who I am and who I have become. Sometimes change or trauma can really change you without you even being aware.
