Worry affects your sleep, if affects your mood, it affects your help. I have even been known to worry about worrying!
Here are my 6 tips on how to stop those sleepless nights
Take Charge. Accept what you can’t change and do what you can. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just take some action…you can always amend of neccessary.
Get to the root. Be honest to yourself about what is really causing your worry. Is it being alone – or is it actually your self confidence? You can then take charge of the actual problem.
