Writing my concerns down in the blog post helped me face the problems.
Sharing the problem somehow released the fear of the problem.
Realizing that there was only me…..there was only me that could believe that I could cope. I stopped looking for someone else, and started to look inside my heart for the courage to face the struggle.

Writing my concerns down in the blog post helped me face the problems.

Sharing the problem somehow released the fear of the problem.

Realizing that there was only me…..there was only me that could believe that I could cope. I stopped looking for someone else, and started to look inside my heart for the courage to face the struggle.

I set an action list breaking down the “out-of-controlness” into small achievable tasks. Then prioritized them, then started down the list…ticking them off as I went….gosh that felt great.

From believer to achiever in 4 easy steps!

Now we must find the trick of keeping this sane approach to life in our brains….because in a week I will be frantic again!

Why as humans can we not learn how to keep believing in ourselves no matter the situation?

Grief can be crippling and I love to share ways that people have found to come to terms with their loss and also help others. I read this article in the Dallas News about how a grieving mother has turned the pain into a positive journey.
“The Dallas writer, 54, a former reporter for The Dallas Morning News , has learned to cope, but not by letting go of the sadness because that is an inextricable part of her memory.
It inspired her to create It’s Only Temporary … A Journal for Surviving Loved Ones, a workbook with writing prompts to help people work through pain.”

Has anyone else done something similar?
