Joan shares this tip with us all

“My husband died last year and the grief has been overwhelming. One tip I would give people, is to keep one or two itemsringsinpetals1.jpg visibly on show, but don’t make the house a shrine. I did and all that brought was depression. I now have 3 photo’s and everything else is stored away – there if I want to look. This has helped me start to come to terms with his death. Before   when it was a shrine, I just fell further and further into a depression. The shrine reminded me of the death. Now the photo’s and the memories remind me of his life”

Joan thanks so much and if others people want to share ideas just let me know
